You order directly on our website. Build your box by picking the meals you like, choose a delivery date that suits you and check out. As soon as your order is placed, you get a confirmation straight in your inbox.
That is often still possible, as long as your order isn't in production yet. Reach out as soon as you can via info@fuelyourbody.nl and we'll look at what can still be done.
Yes, you can easily do that from your account. In your order overview you can reorder a previous order with a single click — handy if you have a fixed set of favourites.
From an order value of € 125 we ship for free. Below that we charge € 6,95 in shipping costs.
We pack your box in insulation material and add dry ice (-80 °C). That effectively turns the box into a mobile freezer, keeping your meals frozen for up to 48 hours after shipping.
If you order between Sunday and Thursday before 23:59, your parcel is at your door the next business day. Trunkrs delivers on weekdays between 17:00 and 22:00. Via track & trace you can follow the shipment live and pass on delivery instructions.
At checkout you choose a delivery date yourself. There is a small chance (around 3%) that a shipment is delayed. In that case your order stays safely frozen and is automatically delivered the next day.
No worries — if you're not home, Trunkrs stores your parcel in their freezer and automatically tries again the next business day.
